You can cancel our services at any time. 

We offer a full refund if you wish to cancel our services after general enquiry and before availing of our online consultation. 

If you cancel our services before medicines are packed then you will be refunded your money after deducting the consultation fee. If you cancel after medicine are packed but before shipping then you will be refunded after deducting consultation fee and 50% of the cost of medicine from the amount paid by you. 

Once the medicine is shipped you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
